The inspiration for the Martini Pio Lineapelle Milano stand came from the concepts of minimalist architecture. The goal was to create a stand that would be simple yet representative, allowing the leathers to take center stage. The main feature of the stand is its illusion of being raised from the ground. In reality, only the front part is elevated. To access the stand, visitors must ascend the stairs and then descend into the interior.
Inside, the stand is designed as a showroom, with a spacious and welcoming bar area. The large openings and furnishings made with Concreo concrete slabs give the space a modern and elegant feel. The seats and meeting table have been meticulously designed and handcrafted specifically for this stand, adding to its uniqueness.
One of the standout features of the Martini Pio Lineapelle Milano stand is the use of three quercus suber trees, which enhance the interior and bring a touch of nature to the space. The combination of wood, metal, glass, and Concreo cement panels in the stand's structure and furnishings creates a harmonious blend of materials.
The Martini Pio Lineapelle Milano stand measures 12 meters by 8 meters, with a height of 3 meters. Its distinctive design and attention to detail make it a standout among the other stands at the Lineapelle fair.
Creating this unique stand came with its challenges. The designer aimed to give it a memorable and contemporary identity while showcasing the company's leathers. The result was a resounding success, with the stand receiving positive feedback and attracting further work for the company.
The Martini Pio Lineapelle Milano stand has been installed twice a year since its debut at the September 2014 edition of LINEAPELLE in Milan. Its innovative design and elegant aesthetic have made it a standout in the world of trade show architecture and exhibit design.
This exceptional design has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2019. This prestigious award celebrates designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity and resourcefulness, incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology. The Martini Pio Lineapelle Milano stand truly exemplifies these qualities, contributing to the improvement of quality of life and making the world a better place.
